The Bhagavad Gita says, “yuktaahara viharasya yukta chestasya karmasu” or that we should eat optimally, behave optimally or our habits should be optimal…and so there are many conditions which can be treated by varying the food intake, too. Holistic Nutrition is now gaining popularity due to effectiveness, scientific validation and increased acceptability. So much so that today ‘right’ food intake has been scientifically proven to reduce certain disease conditions.
Our experienced Holistic Nutritionists and yoga practitioners will conduct the holistic nutrition 3-day balancing holiday! The Nutrition holiday will also focus on teaching your some holistic food preparations exclusively done with vegetables. Needless to say, this holiday is absolutely a vegan holiday!
A low-fat, plant-based diet rich in whole grains, beans/legumes, vegetables and fruits is an easy to promote good health and prevent diseases and treat disease conditions. At the end of the holiday, you will not only know how to cook some good dishes but also make right decisions about food as also make healthy modifications in food and lifestyle for life time.
During the course, our experienced Ajarya teachers will also teach your Vedic Chanting, Gita Chanting, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga postures, Pranayama, Meditation and yogic games.

Your retreat and holiday will be held in this Swargashram area amidst the various centres and Ashrams around. All care has been taken to provide the basic level of hygiene, comfort and space for you to get the most out of your training.
You will be accommodated in a pleasantly located budget hotel. You are provided with your own room with attached bathroom with both hot and running cold water.
Three nourishing vegetarian meals are provided daily during your course. There is wi-fi connectivity within your room at a very minimal cost as well as an internet centre in the lobby.
