
The yoga and pain management retreat is based on the fact that yoga exercises and meditation techniques are extensively used for healthy body and mind. This yoga holiday is best suited to those who want to understand how different yogic management techniques work to effectively manage the pain. It works as a one care centre to manage the pain.
The expert yoga practitioners and physiotherapists will teach and guide you through the entire retreat and will make you understand the underlying mechanism of pain and its management. The course includes theory covering the basics, types and methods of pain management, practicals and field work.
The objective of retreat is to understand the panchkosha model or five sheath existence of human body which helps to correlate the modern scientific understanding of disease with ancient system of yoga and to understand the basics of yoga therapy management of common ailments. It enables the yoga teacher a complete care giver in terms of pain management.
During this retreat, our experienced Ajarya teachers will also teach you Gita Chanting, Vedic Chanting, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga postures, Pranayama, Meditation and yogic games.
Accommodation:
Your teacher training will be held in the Swargashram area amidst the various centres and Ashrams around. All care has been taken to provide the basic level of hygiene, comfort and space for you to get the most out of your training. You will be accommodated in a pleasantly located budget hotel. You are provided with your own room with attached bathroom with both hot and running cold water. Three nourishing vegetarian meals are provided daily during your course. There is wi-fi connectivity within your room at a very minimal cost as well as an internet center in the lobby.

We take care to include THREE fresh meals everyday within the fee, so that the participants do not have to worry about where to plan their next meal.
Food is strictly vegetarian in line with the principles of yoga and Ayurveda and sufficient variety is added, so that participants can experience different vegetables and fruits of the season.
