
The yoga and common ailments retreat is designed to understand and apply holistic science of yoga that brings healing from within. This holiday retreat provides integrated therapy for modern ailments thus bring solution at one point of consultation naturally.
The expert yoga teachers will teach you, how different asanas or postures help in common ailments. It will make you understand the mechanism of disease and therapy. The course includes theory, practical and field work.
The retreat will teach you the panchkosha model or five sheath existence of human body to correlate the modern scientific understanding of disease with ancient system of yoga which will help you to understand the basics of yoga therapy management of common ailments. This holiday retreat makes the yoga teachers expert in dealing with different practices for different ailments.
During the course, our experienced Ajarya teachers will also teach your Vedic Chanting, Gita Chanting, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga postures, Pranayama, Meditation and yogic games.
Accommodation:
Your teacher training will be held in the Swargashram area amidst the various centres and Ashrams around. All care has been taken to provide the basic level of hygiene, comfort and space for you to get the most out of your training. You will be accommodated in a pleasantly located budget hotel. You are provided with your own room with attached bathroom with both hot and running cold water. Three nourishing vegetarian meals are provided daily during your course. There is wi-fi connectivity within your room at a very minimal cost as well as an internet center in the lobby.

We take care to include THREE fresh meals everyday within the fee, so that the participants do not have to worry about where to plan their next meal.
Food is strictly vegetarian in line with the principles of yoga and Ayurveda and sufficient variety is added, so that participants can experience different vegetables and fruits of the season. Food is fresh and made in hygienic conditions, which minimizes the occurrence of sickness.
